PIGGING SYSTEM
At the end of each production, the pipework contains residual volumes of manufactured product
which are lost and this makes long, costly and inefficient cleaning cycles compulsory.
Pigging allows these volumes, which are often under-estimated, to be recovered and sold
- Rapid return on investment
- Strong reduction in effluent volumes
- Productivity increases
- Decrease in cleaning cycle times
- Improved traceability
Perfect recovery of residual fluids (liquids, viscous fluids and fluids with markers)
Equipment and constructions tailored to the customer's use, from DN 12 to DN 300,
Hygienic, CIP, SIP,
Low energy requirements
Low maintenance and operation costs
Fully engineered systems possible:
- study of functional analyses
- drafting the pipework specifications
- commissioning and user training.
3 WAYS VALVE
In order to optimize the circulation of the fluids to the different utilization points, 3-way distribution or by-pass valves may be necessary.
Scrapable, they favor the recovery of the product and limit retention zones.
Turning 90° or 180°, they are quick and economical to install.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- 90° “L-shape” construction
- 2 or 3 position “T-shape” construction
- Suitable for hot fluids, liquids, viscous or with markers.
- DN25 to DN150
- For SMS, BSOD, DIN11850, ISO pipework
- Standard operating pressure 10 bars
- Operating pressure can be up to 20 bars
- Manual or motor-driven construction
- Actuator plate ISO5211
ASEPTIC PIGGING SYSTEM
This construction is suitable for recovery of sensitive fluids requiring bacteriologic cleaning between 2 production runs.
This version enables on-line sterilizing operations. Its design meets standards ISO14159 and EN1672-2 (bend radius, thermal compressions and expansions), optimizing the sterilization and the draining.
- Low energy requirements
- Low maintenance and operating cost
-Rapid return on investment
- Big reduction of effluent volumes
- Reduction of the cleaning cycle times,
- Hygienic Construction, SIP,
- Sterile barrier or continuous cleaning of actuator rods
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Clear or viscous liquids with markers
- DN25 to DN150
- For SMS, BSOD, DIN11850, ISO pipework
- Standard operating pressure: 10 bars
- Operating pressure can be up to 20 bars
CLEANABLE IN PLACE PIGGING SYSTEM
This construction is optimized for fluid recovery requiring cleaning between 2 production runs. Whether your liquids are viscous or charged with solids, the rheology in these scraper stations is designed to guarantee perfect cleaning and the complete draining of the equipment.
Different constructions are available depending on the type of liquid.
- Low energy requirements
- Low maintenance and operating cost
- Reduction of effluent volumes
- Reduction of the cleaning cycle times,
- Hygienic construction, NEP
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS :
- Clear or viscous liquids with or without markers
- DN25 to DN150
- For SMS, BSOD, DIN11850, ISO pipework
- Standard operating pressure: 10 bars
- Operating pressure can be up to 20 bars
T PORT PIGGING STATION
This version is optimized for fluid recovery not requiring thorough cleaning between 2 production runs.
It is designed for manual or automatic operation.
A number of optional features are available (double jacket, manual pusher extraction, flush-set valves, etc.)
- Economical construction
- Low energy requirements
- Low maintenance and operating cost
- Rapid return on investment
- Big reduction of effluent volumes
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Viscous liquids or liquids charged with solids
- Safe maintenance operations
- Construction with double heating jacket
- DN15 to DN300
